I wonder if I could get FR credit for marching with "bellygirl."

The Mexican constitution does not allow foreigners to participate in the political affairs of the country.
That ban applies to participation in demonstrations.

A poem to ponder:
While this America settles in the mold of its vulgarity, heavily
thickening to empire,
And protest, only a bubble in the molten mass, pops and sighs
out, and the mass hardens,
I sadly smiling remember that the flower fades to make fruit,
the fruit rots to make earth.
Out of the mother; and through the spring exultances,
ripeness and decadence; and home to the mother.
You making haste, haste on decay: not blameworthy; life is
good, be it stubbornly long or suddenly
A mortal splendor: meteors are not needed less than
mountains: shine, perishing republic.
But for my children, I would have them keep their distance
from the thickening center; corruption
Never has been compulsory, when the cities lie at the
monster's feet there are left the mountains.
And boys, be in nothing so moderate as in love of man, a
clever servant, insufferable master.
There is the trap that catches noblest spirits, that caught -
they say - God, when he walked on earth.

When called upon to surrender by the much larger German force, Brigadier General Anthony McAuliffe dismissed the demand with his legendary one-word reply: "Nuts."

Many parents are outraged over learning that their kids are being used by school administrators and teachers to further their own political agenda. Hollow outrage ... these same parents don't care enough to change that their precious children are indoctrinated daily in leftist societal engineering drivel, but they get upset over this overt 'lab work'?

wonder if I could get FR credit for marching with "bellygirl." Frankly, I wouldn't care about the credit. ;)

The whole idea of forced service is abhorrent. This is where it leads. If my school district tried this crap I would definately be requiring a waver. Luckily my 16 year old has only one year to go, and most of the idiocy has not reached here yet.

However, no credit is being offered for attending rallies that are opposed to open borders or illegal immigration. If this is true then the kids should not get credit for going to the anti-government demonstrations. The school representative said that the school was neutral but this make it obvious that the school is in cahoots with the rally organizers.

The right is just as much to blame as the left , perhaps even moreso considering Bush wants to give amnesty to the bloody lot . The problem with that logic is that it is well known that Bush is not conservative on the issue. He is as liberal as John McCain and/or Ted Kennedy on illegal immigration..
