Sigh....Must be spring break time. Some many trollers, so little thought. It would be more honest to say you all are about emotions over ideas or thought.

IF you stand for the things you claim to, you are actively working against them. It is childish or stupid to actively work to get a glass 100% full of Democrat political poison because the current Conservative glass is not 100% full.

Actions have consequences. Allying yourself via your actions with people who will give you 100% of what you loath politically is just dumb. Nothing in life is perfect, learn to deal with that reality.

If it wasn't for John Corsi and his swiftboat pals, Bush wouldn't have been reelected. But, feel free to marginalise him.

I doubt there are any left in this forum that take your posts as anything other than party shilling.

If you really believe that philosophy, then you should STFU and compromise with us.

But you're not really one of us, are you? You care nothing for the Constitution or any other purpose for which this site exists. Perhaps you should visit the home page and remind yourself of why we are here.

The Bushies, i.e. the Harriet Miers storm troopers, are the 5 percenters, only they just don't get it yet. You should see what folks like Laura Ingraham, Hannity, and Mark Levin have to put up with from these idiots,

So true. I stumbled on a Levin thread earlier tonight, assuming there would be some clear-thinking people there. Little did I know it was a nest of RNC sycophants.

I was called a disruptor, to my amusment (by posters who have been here for quite a bit less time than I have) because my head is no longer stuck in the sand, and I said something to rock their little world. Well, they can enjoy that little world for a while longer. I won't be joining them again. Poor Levin to have such a following on FR. He must cringe to read their drivel.

Those Harriet Miers storm troopers who called people sexist, were the same ones who threw around the "racist" epithet during the Dubai Port issue, and are now using it again, over and over. They're very tiresome and predictable at this point.

Bush tried to sneak a liberal, Harriet Myers, onto the Supreme Court. No other evidence is necessary to prove that Bush is a closet New England liberal.

It's not a regional thing, and probably not a liberal thing either.

Bush was born into the governing class and on some issues he takes a very "governing class" point of view. On other matters -- not so much.

Some of his big government views are shaped by the close relations between business and government in Texas politics and culture.

Both his "governing class" background and the Texas "business-government" partnership attitude are reflected in his views on immigration.

The Myers nomination was more the result of cronyism than of an evil plan.

That one was one of the most noxious during the Dubai Ports mess, every other post was full of shouts of "racist" etc (and is one of those referred to in my 66 on this thread). Very, very tiresome.

The more I hear from those types, the harder time I have distinguishing them from the moonbats. They toss out the same epithets ("sexist", "racist"), and advocate the same policies (amnesty, big government, party loyalty above patriotism).

Connections - Papers reveal Iraq-al Qaeda ties — again. NRO ^ | April 10, 2006 | Deroy Murdock Posted on 04/10/2006 2:01:13 PM PDT by neverdem

Here another item that has been delt with thanks to Nasty old Bush and the GOP which you people just forget about.

Never mind the tax cuts, longest and strongest sustained economic growth rate since the 1980s. More people own their own homes. Democracy growing in Lebanon and Egypt. Libya gave us all their Nuke materials and WMDs. Closer ties with India in a strategic partnership that flanks Islam AND China, 4.7 Unemployment rate., And for the 1st time since 1932 SERIOUS Soc Security reform, the BIGGEST single part of the Fed Budget on the table. Judicial Appointments I mention earlier. $40 billion in deficit reduction in Dec which passed despite the NO votes of 95% of the Democrats in Congress etc etc etc etc etc

But of course the 100%ers all would rather whine all the time so for now the Soc Sec Reform is back off the table.

Pretty soon no serious immigration reform will happen which means the existing DO NOTHING status quo will stay in place thanks to the 100%ers complete inability to act like adults. Reagan understood. Get what you can get, gear up and go for the next bite. Today's crowd of self proclaimed Reaganites love the myth and complete do not know the man or his political genius

Yep sure makes sense to scream cause the glass is only 60% full 100%ers. You will get 100% of nothing for your temper tantrum.

Brace yourself children, you will be squealing like stuck pigs after Democrats win.

So true -- over and over, it's sexist this, racist that.

Well, they've done it enough now that I for one am immune, and no longer care what they call me. They can't see the forest for the trees, and are happy to live in their own little world -- sadly for them it's crashing down all around them and they can't see it yet.

I swear some of them should be on the RNC payroll. Well, maybe they are.

That's because "real" conservatives realize that before you engage in a war on terror, invade Afghanistan, invade Iraq, pass the patroit act, and otherwise engage in foreign policy...you have to maintain the integrity of the homeland for which you are undertaking such efforts.

A government that allows gangs of criminals that number in the tens of millions to march in the streets of the Homeland and allows 500,000 of the 9-11 hijacker's coreligionists to settle in the Homeland following that terrorist attack cannot claim to be serious about homeland security no matter what color the curtains are they hang on the windows to obscure the view.

See, that's just what I mean, you immediately lumped me into the "Nasty old Bush and the GOP" crowd. I haven't taken that position. My post to you on this thread was about your lack of respect for other FReepers.

You might better defend your position and win a point or two if you extended other posters some common decency and courtesy instead of derailing every thread into a personal brawl against any who dissent.

But but buth WHAAA! Bush isn't doing what I want on THIS issue.

So instead you will get the 2009 Full Amnesty and Voting Rights act when the Democrat controlled House and Senate pass the bill Russ Feingold or Howie Dean or Wesly Clark want. Way to go children. Kick over the table because "What if the Republican do not pass only 100% of what Thoughtomator wants?"

But of course, the Democrats victory and Full Amnesty bill will be Bush and the GOP's fault cause the Freeper Fringers have a complete inability to admit error or fault or even think. They are almost as bad as Junk Journalists that way.

The problem with businessmen in politics is that they are so used to the art of the deal, they lose sight of the fact that on occasion politics comes to the place where no deals are possible. I hope you and the rest of the RINOs understand that this is one such place.

Without being paid for it I can't see why he would continue with this irrational and poorly received bullying. But it is precisely the RNC modus operandi.

They just don't get it. Even the GOP has certain lines it cannot cross and keep our support. Putting an affirmative action liberal on the Supreme Court was one of them. Selling out our nation to illegal aliens to fatten the margins of a handful of well-connected corporations is another. They got away with snookering us over socialism and spending and now they think they can get away with anything.

At a certain point it is worth it for us to "waste" our votes on 3rd parties to grow one of them large enough to be a viable alternative. We have reached that point. It's no fluke that the FR poll is showing 60% of FReepers willing to jump from the GOP on the illegals issue alone, even folks like me who habitually cast party-line GOP ballots from top to bottom.
