North Koreans are in no position to sell nukes, at least not yet - they do not have that many, and if all they have is something like 5 or 10, they'd hold to them all.
If Iran actually has working nuclear weapons, Iran would have completed an underground test detonation by now to establish a nuclear deterrent. IMO, this article is complete BS.
It never ceases to amaze me how you manage to insist or imagine everyone should approach matters they way you would if you were in their shoes.
Do you have any idea how an Iranian mind works? Specially of the Ayatollah variety? Of the Hojatieh subspecies?
YOU would want a nuclear deterrent. THEY do NOT. Quite the contrary. No B.S. other than when seen through your eyes.

North Korea was reverse engineering and engineering, not selling their own. Iran already had the "explosive" part but not the nose cone technology. :-))
