I don't want my taxes going to give illegals a free ride.

Oh pulleeze!

What have you done about the $250 toilet seats and the $325 hammers the military pays?

What have you done about the liberal/socialist indoctrination of our children in the public school system?

"Slippery slope" is a logical fallacy as well.

Well, no, it's not. History is full of the real thing.

The Hispanic immigrant, like it or not, is not the social conservative for those who do not know what they are talking about saythey are. Go to California and see first hand the damage the 86 amnesty caused, forever, to the political structure of that state. No conservative can win in California again because of the demographic changes that took place there.

Really, immigration is a FAR bigger issue that what goes on in the middle east is in terms of the future of this nation. I do not deal with terrorism on a daily basis, but I do have to deal with illegals and their impact in terms of wages and taxes and in terms of urban decline on a daily basis.

Truth is, based upon recent local history, the children of illegals are schooled right away, because you can't have children growing up without an education...even the poor one provided by the NEA.

The get health care in the emergency rooms because well the Hypocratic Oath was written just for such a class of people.

Would you rather they be allowed to get sick and die in the gutter?

Come on folks. The monies taken in on transfer and recordation taxes on the sale of real estate in Maryland for the past 5 years is enormous. Probably more than enough to help in turning a 4 BILLION deficit by the Democrat into a 3 BILLION surplus under the GOP.

And guess whose labor was at the very core of the housing industry?

No one's property is stolen or damaged.

THis kid is clueless. Let him live with some ranchers near the border and clean up after the illegal aliens have passed through.

At the heart of the current immigration debate is an ethical question: Is it wrong for a poor but able-bodied Mexican without the requisite documents to cross the Rio Grande to look for work in El Norte

Only according to the laws of the United States of America that our elected representatives REFUSE to uphold.

Let's all migrate to Fox's Mexican seaside estate.

I agree. I just wish we could get our ruling elite to understand this.

Excusing bad behavior by pointing out other bad behavior isn't a winning argument.

I rather what happened to them be the same thing that would have happened to them in their own country, and be that sick in a gutter, well, life is tough. Matter of fact, they actually belong in their own country, don't you think?

And guess whose labor was at the very core of the housing industry?

When I was young, it was students in the summer and good American working men year around. We all did just fine.

Why would you want to pack the electorate with people who have no friggin idea how to take responsibility in a democratic republic. They will immediately gravitate to the socialist aspects, as a whole, and teach their children the custom. They are doing same now.

How does this help us fight the liberal/socialist indoctrination in this country?

Pro-amnesty talking points are lies. Illegals are a drain on U.S. society in many ways.

• Illegal aliens commit crimes [rape, robbery, forgery]; drug smuggling; and gang activities.
• Illegal aliens bring diseases across the border with them [polio, virulent tuberculosis, syphilis, viruses, and …]
• Illegal aliens get social services [welfare checks, health care, and public school] paid for by American Taxpayers.
• Illegal aliens increase population density in our cities adding to pollution and congestion.
• Illegal alien encampments in wild areas destroy wildlife habitat and pollute our creeks and rivers. They are a threat to the environment.
• Illegal aliens take jobs away from American Citizens.
