"When asked if he had been drinking, she said no, describing Dodds as "the straightest, cleanest guy you'll ever meet," who doesn't drink or smoke or have any medical conditions.
A few more details at source.
I knew of a guy who was pulling a stump with a jeep. The stump broke loose and snapped into the Jeep, clocking this guy hard on the head. He got out of the Jeep, leaving it running in the road and went in the house. A neighbor investigated and found him in the shower bleeding like crazy. He spent several days in the hospital and had some pretty serious neuro problems that are probably still affecting him.
we had a local police chief do the same thing here in MN
only he left his service weapon in the car before he ran off to sober up.
I'll bet $1000 this guy was loaded. Nope wait... his story smells bad enough to make that $2000.
Ok, so that means a few drinks would wipe him out, unlike a 'professional' who could slug done a quart of booze and still drive cross country. :)
I can't link in the map and it could have been in a slightly different area covered by that turnpike and that river.
He was lucky it happened two days after the cold front moved through.
A night earlier and he`would have frozen.
people can do some pretty goofy thing on no sleep.
He's still a better man then the person he is running against.
Yes, that is extremely fortunate. But in that cold front, he probably would have died before they found him. That water would still have been cold anyway, if he really swam it. You'd have to have points A and B to figure out if he really swam the river or just thought he did. It is possible.
Yep.
Can you give me a reference on the debate to get rid of "live free or die"? Thanks in advance.
Here you go.
