Frist and the Republicans out maneuvered by Dims again...now there is a upraise!

No surprise. Frist reached his level of incompetence long ago.

"Go ask the union memeber up in Wisconsin who was booing McCain about the issue?"
Hell..
I'll boo McLame where ever he is.

Agree totally. It feels like there must be at least 10 million in L.A. alone!

The senate has to change around, and our majority leaders in both the houses have to be real firm conservatives...before we campaign for 2008. Add that to my Christmas list.

The senate has to change around, and our majority leaders in both the houses have to be real firm conservatives...before we campaign for 2008. The real problem is that we need to change the overall process...i.e. have term limits. If not, the conservatives go soft once they are in leadership roles (well, most non-leaders do after just 2-4 years in washington. Just look at Lott... before he was a leader he was one of the most conservative Senators. He was a true hero.

You are certainly right about Frist. He has just flushed any Presidential hopes he has down the toilet.
To: cope85
Personally, I think that Frist is useless.

I hate to say it, but Frist makes Lott look like a macho man. Good grief, what a pushover."
I'm glad someone finally said it.

Nobody seems to question that this so-called compromise is absolutely unenforceable.
Who is going to verify how long an illegal alien has been in the country? People who broke the law to trespass into our country are not going to volunteer information that would get them thrown out. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is a sham!
They broke the law to come here and they'll break it to stay. New laws will not turn lawbreakers into honest people. They are criminals and will remain criminals.

I like, but I think your way too optimistic -- maybe 2026, but thereafter, it will be Mexamerica, you Gringo.

I suggest your father urge the union leaders to come out against the bill.
With a semi-strong union showing the Dems will run.

"Don't forget, we get to become marxists when our new citizens reach the right population level for a good old latin american coup." There is a depression looming as Congress spends the country into oblivion!
When that happens the fight for jobs will make the laws change or.....
1,000,000 good citizens will shoot 10 times each!!

Sen. Edward Kennedy, ... "The American people have made their voices heard in their churches, in their schools and in the streets and the Senate has listened," Kennedy said, referring to massive protests in recent weeks.
What the.....those were illegals the Senate was listening to. And how does Kennedy go about listening to people in their churches? Any why are people talking during church, anyway? There was certainly plenty to listen to from the phone calls, faxes, and letters to Senators - but those don't count compared to mobs in the streets.
Tancredo called the Senate "amnesty" deal "miserable public policy that will be rejected by the House of Representatives and has already been rejected by the American people."
I hope he is right. Go Tom!

American people?? We don't need no stenken Gringos, the illegals have spoken, and the senate has answered with a bill to give them whatever they want and insured the discontented Gringos will pay and pay, and pay, and pay, pay, pay, pay for it.
Did I mention I hate politicians, despicable scofflaw bastards that they be.

Right, the earth is flat and wild birds do not fly at night.
To: TomGuy
AKA Frist the limp wrist.
To: Shermy
AKA, the illegals have spoken and I listened.
To: conservativecorner
AS Senator Sessions said on the floor, this bill should be known as "No Illegal Left Behind."
To: Rick_Michael
I dare not say here what I really think as to the possibility of civil war.
