Hey man: You are making light of a secret weapon here. What you are in effect saying is that most any American could build one of these things in his garage. Didnt you read the part where this thing is a great platform for firing missiles. Probably shoulder fired RPG's mounted under the wing. I can see Suicide bombers loading up in these now , having a drink of Saki, and flying off to Kamakaze an American destroyer. You have been reading too many Popular Science magazines. LOL.
I understand that when perfected, these craft will be able to dispense three flavors of Slurpees over the enemy.

The missile would be the C-701. This is based on the Exocet design and is built and supplied by the Chinese.
