"Zahar: I dream of a map that does not show Israel"

But every map always has and always will show Israel. It's between the Nile and the Euphrates, of course. The head games of Islamist occupiers with erroneously labeled maps are irrelevant.

I would be interested to know that information about the Arab's believing they had another leader besides Ishmael, when you find it.

I dream of a world devoid of Muslims.

Hi CyberAnt,

The Koran states that Abraham was to sacrifice "Ishmael" while the Bible states Abraham was to sacrifice "Isaac". The Bible makes clear that the decendents of Ishmael would be a war-like people, constantly stirred up. That accounts very well for much of Islamic history.

Of course, the Bible also clearly states that the ONLY way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. The Koran states that God does NOT have a son and that Jesus, while a good man and prophet, DID NOT DIE on the cross. That completely flies in the face of Christianity. I don't believe God contradicts Himself.

One last thought...the Bible says "You will know them by their fruit", i.e. what they've done, what they're doing to further God's cause. What does Islam have to show?

Brian

Your points are well taken, and agree with scripture.

>>>There are Islamic scholars that will admit that before

>>>someone other than Ishmael.

>>I forget his name. I'll have to page through the "The

>I would be interested to know that information about the

The full discussion is on page 36 of "The Evidence Bible" where the case is put forward that "Qahtan" is the father of the Arab race, and that the descendants of Ishmael are NOT the Arab people.

The closest outside reference I could find was at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qahtan.

"The Evidence Bible" is a fascinating read for it's commentary, and inspirational quotes. I disagree with some of what it suggests, but that is a discussion for another time.

For evidence that the Bible is the Word of God, please see http://www.direct.ca/trinity/y3nf.html

Zahar also said that the new Hamas cabinet might occasionally make contacts with Israel on running the daily affairs of the Palestinians, but stressed that these contacts would never be promoted to political talks.

In other words; any time we need money , food , electricity, medicine or shelter. You know all the things we CAN'T & WON'T do for ourselves.

You see we are too busy hating everyone and everything.

It is amazing that these people go ballistic over the tiny little strip of land (in red on your map) when they have the lion's share of all the land in that area. As Zola Levitt once said, look at a map of the Middle East and see how little Israel is and how big the rest of the M.E. is and you'll see a history of the M.E. in a nutshell.

They start a war with Israel; the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob allows Israel to win it and then the attackers want their ex-land to be returned to them . . which Israel has in large part done. . but, even that isn't enough.

Well .. I'm a firm believer in the Bible and Isaiah 17:1 has yet to be fulfilled. And .. it's fulfillment is right around the corner.

Osama told us: You worship life, we worship death.

Also, Mohammed claimed that an "angel of light" came to him in a cave and gave him the Koran. Finding any kind of enlightenment does not come in a cave, and the Bible warns against receiving anything from an "angel of light".

The whole Bible talks about light and darkness - wherein most Christians wear white and most muslims wear black. I find that very interesting.
