That's a very good idea, though it may be a bit too close to the idea of implanted ID chips in the general public a la "Guardian Angel".

As McKinney gets older, fatter, and uglier, there will be more incidents. We probably ain't seen nothing yet. A good hair conditioner might be a start to a nicer person. I mean with hair like that - who wouldn't be cranky? lol
