Oh for cryin' out loud!

Are they suggesting that cars stolen in the USA are transported to Iraq to become suicide bomber vehicles? LOL!

""some of the vehicles used in deadly car bombings in Iraq, including attacks that killed US troops and Iraqi civilians, were probably stolen in the United States, according to senior government officials.""

Why would you steal a car in the USA to send it to Iraq and blow it up? You would create an evidence trail a continent long - if a terrorist cell such activity would draw needless attention. There are plenty of cars in Iraq. The statement is bizzare! Is this a controlled leak by some two bit law agency chasing extra funding at the expense of the big boys doing the real job?

Or is it a lazy quote made up by some MSM journo who had to file?

"Why would you steal a car in the USA to send it to Iraq and blow it up?"

Seems strange doesn't it?

Wouldn't it be great if we had serious major news outlets in this country that would cover such stories; so we all could possibly know the answers to such questions?

There's no doubt but that there is a large potential market in this country for a serious TV news program. Why none exist is one of the major questions of the day.

If you're a "Brit" guy, living on the big Island, you may not realize that your BBC News, while being way over to the left, is nonetheless, far superior to any TV News that is presently available in this country.

Without outlets like Free Republic, this country would be completely without any serious coverage of issues like that above.
