Someone should tell Bill Clinton about this charity drive. I bet he'd bid a LOT -- especially if he thought it would convince someone to send the real Hillary up the river and get her out of his hair for good...
To: shining_city
"Hillary wants the village, which is to say the government, in charge of raising our children."At a minimum.
"Perhaps she'll be sent up the river for trying to snatch gifts from Santa's sleigh for an affirmative action program for naughty kids."
LOL!

[DeBrecht's books have also been denounced by a long list of liberals, including Alan Colmes,]
I heard Colmes go through his routine bashing DeBrecht and it was hilarious. He just couldn't imagine why the beast had been targeted.

Here's a freebie for liberal trolls out there watching this board. Hilary herself bids on the auction, offering a huge sum of money. Issue a press statement about the wonderful work that Operation Gratitude is doing, and how Hilary can take a joke. "I can't wait to put this book on my coffee table and offer it to friends this next holiday season..."
It's called turning a negative into a positive; sure, the money and the publicity probably wouldn't be as much as some wacko-loon statement to feed the bottom grazers, but you've got something to point to as supporting the troops.
Of course, I can freely offer this advice comfortable in the knowledge that no one will take me up on it.

Gag! I'd gladly take out a second mortgage if I were trailing in that auction.

Everything considered, among FReepers Doug From Upland deserves to win the auction. He has done more than the rest of us combined to disrupt The Hildabeaste's power grab.
Having said that, maybe we can bid in Doug's name.

That's a really nice idea. Doug has done some great work -- he's certainly worthy of being the one to apprehend the Hildabeast.
To: shining_city
If we collectively want to be the highest bidder, perhaps Peter Paul can be the hero who gets her.
