But the state laws do not require residency to get a marriage license.

This is a case, simply put, where legal 'residency' determines legal 'eligibility'.

If homosexuals really want a State to sanction their delusion THEN they should move to Massachusetts.

However, they better move quickly as the delusion train will only have a short run -- when eventually derailed, all travelers will be returned to their original boarding point, the judicial fiat train will be decommissioned and replaced by the reality train...
