It's far more likely the jobs are plentiful because some "businessman" not wanting to pay taxes, putting the hurt on those who do pay taxes. I've seen it time and again. We have the second largest underground economy in the world. Something to be proud of, for sure.
If you think this is just about jobs, you're deluded.
What you are suggesting is Amnesty, which did not work the last time.
Something was happening on the I-405 at Sherman Way. Ch. 34's helicopter was hovering over my company's building about 30 minutes ago watching the festivities.
(The stupid, little dweebs didn't realize that they won yesterday. The RINOs in the Senate caved and took out all the provisions that they were objecting to. Now they're just giving the House GOP ammo to use in the conference committee negotiations.)
so it's the welfare types fault that illegals cant follow the law?
um, ok.
No Cajones
Hey, Karl. What's "Code Charlie" mean???
They can call this area what they want but it's still Wilmington.
I used to live in RPV before we moved up north.
Oh, no! Will that cause the, um, "talent" not to be able to get to Vivid Video for today's production?
I'll never step foot again in SoCal.
and that helps the problem how??
The media coverage is simply bizarre. Mostly they talked about the rain, the murdered sheriff deputy and then said through smiling teeth, "students walked out of class today despite the rain."
There was one breaking news report on KABC TV about the 405 being shut down and then zip.
From 1991 to 1999, my paychecks were (directly or indirectly) signed by legal immigrants.
"We will not overcome, We will overwhelm..."
What difference does it make, they're not actually learning in the LAUSD anyway.
I laugh when I see the signs around there that say Port of Los Angeles. They don't even refer to it as San Pedro let alone Wilmington!! LOL
Riverside doesnt have an East Coast Politician Police Chief
Heh.
Ya made my day...
Your federal tax dollars at work.
What an education this nation is getting the last few days... or is it?
You need to share your views with LA's Chamber of Comrades.
San Pedro and Wilmington are two very different places. San Pedro has some very nice areas and a nice coastline. Wilmington has nothing.
That's a lot of weight on that little car. Better lose the chicas.
