At this point:

Kendall stood by and watched the treasurer file a third fraudulent FEC report.

He should be disbarred for abetting a crime.

The prosecution could file an amended/supplemental complaint to:
* Include Kendall as a co-conspirator.
* Which would eliminate him as Hillary's lawyer.
* Including Kendall in Hillary's trial would jeopardize his law license.
* Would make Hillary shiver.

None of this will ever happen, because, there's an unwritten code of silence amongst lawyers. Moreover, judges have their own unwritten code of silence. Another compelling reason nothing will happen...most lawyers and judges are democrats and are tethered to the ABA good old boys club.

We all know that Kendall is a criminal, an accomplice, a coconspirator, a shill and an abettor.

But, IMHO, we should not do anything to get him tossed off this case.

As I understand it, this case is very close to going to court. We need for this trial to be going on during the fall elections. If Kendall is tossed, The Hildabeaste will need to retain new counsel and that will delay the trial.

Better to let Kendall carry on and then go after him when the trial is finished. The crimes he's committed will not go away in the meantime.

At this point, I am losing faith. At first I thought it was just the Clinton gang from Arkansas who all were corrupt. Now I wonder about all of the Washington D.C. bunch.

After it is over, I will bring you Peter's declaration for the upcoming April 7 hearing. I have spent weeks going over it with him. After he spent nearly $2 million to help get her elected, they destroyed him and his company. It is incredible.
