am sorry to have be the one to tell you, but your side lost the war back in 1865. The federal government has been the final authority for the proctection of all civil rights since the ratification of the fourteenth amendement.

Interesting. Perhaps you could tell me when the Supreme Court decided this. Let's start with the 5th Amendment. Then for laughs, let's discuss when the Supreme Court decided the 1st Amendment applied to the states. Did they decide either one of these Amendments applied to the states the first time they saw cases that dealt with these Amendments (here's a hint, they did not)? Since that's the case why not? Surely they understood what 'conservatives' today believe the 14th Amendment meant. Surely these esteemed Justices knew what the 14th Amendment was meant to apply to. In fact the Supreme Court did not 'find' that the 5th Amendment applied to the states until 1897. They did not 'find' the 1st Amendment applied to the states until the 1920s. And yet both issues had been brought before the Supreme Court before those two cases reversed prior decisions. Don't start down this path. You will lose. Trust me.

But if you decide to persist, I will give you time to go look at the history of this false incorporation theory

Constitutional amendments aren't added by the Supreme Court, dear.

Let's start with the 5th Amendment...(blah)...(blah)...(blah)...

Again, my side may have lost Terri's life through a shameful combination of judicial corruption and political cowardice, but your side's reign of subjugating civil rights by denying "the constitutionality of addressing a completely internal state affair within the federal realm" literally lost the war at Appomattox Court House.

No sh*t Einstein. What is decided by the Supreme Court however, is how the law or Amendment is applied (remember? Marshall? Judicial review?). But I can see already you have no idea what you're talking about or you would have addressed the incorporation theory and how its changing views have caused the Constitution to stray from original intent. But as you have knowledge of limited talking points what should we talk about then? Karate?

Again, my side may have lost Terri's life through a shameful combination of judicial corruption and political cowardice, but your side's reign of subjugating civil rights by denying "the constitutionality of addressing a completely internal state affair within the federal realm" literally lost the war at Appomattox Court House.

Again, if you knew anything of the War, you would realize the 16th President wanted his tariff dollars but did not intend to change the general relationship between the states and the federal government. It took a full 60 years after the War for the Supreme Court to 'divine' certain Amendments within the Bill of Rights applied to the states.

So, your are in music or something? Terri liked to listen to music that she remembered from the early nineties.

There is no statute of limitations on murder and don't compare me to Kerry supporters - that was a campaign, not a felony crime.

Hi, LG. I'm doing great. Weather's a little chilly for this time of year. Thanks for helping us expose forced exits. Many of the people who have been starved/dehydrated had no documents and people who have Living Wills (in Florida anyway) can't change their mind.

Parents are paying ransom to their children so they can live. Imagine having to negotiate w/your son or daughter so they won't starve you to death. That's how it is in Pinellas County. Negotiating with your own children so you aren't killed. This is just one of the consequences of Terri's barbaric suffering and death.

Pinellas Cty is known as "Death Central".

Judge Greer purchased (from his own company) sixty sq. foot billboards and splashed them all over Pasco and Pinellas County. Judges are not permitted to use large billboards but the Judicial Qualifications Committee always looked the other way for www.judgegeorgegreer.com.

Meanwhile, his opponent Jan Govan was being chased all over both counties having to remove much smaller signage immediately after he put it up. Deborah Clarke, the Pinellas Supervisor of Elections asked Govan supporters to leave precincts even though they were given permission to stand the correct footage away from the door to the polling place.

With so many crooked politicians in one county helping Greer the mental midget, his opponent Govan still got 60,000 votes.

60,ooo voters likely think that Michael Schiavo is a murderer just like Father Pavone does. 60,000 voters likely think that Judge Greer, et al are also murderers and election cheaters.

Greer never held Mikey or Jodi in contempt of court for all the depo no shows that the Schindlers' attorney and Jebbie's attorney were already sitting there waiting for Ham Baskin, esq. to attend w/M & J.

Greer delayed the depos so there would be no discovery at all which could possibly stop Terri's murder. Further, Greer was always lookin' out for number 1, himself. Once Greer was in on the plan that was hatched to kill Terri, he never looked back. It had to be blackmail or wads of cash for the mental midget Greer. He sold his soul on this deal.

Atty Debra Bushnell introduced Michael Schiavo by letter to Atty George Felos. Since Terri was not dying as Michael had hoped, Bushnell showed MS a way to go through the courts (corrupt) to murder her and Bushnell got a big chunk of Terri's rehab money.

She's the one who always threatened doctors that they would be sued if they ever tried to save Terri. Seeing her in person would make your skin crawl and imo seeing Felos in person - lizard man, a silver tongued devil, a wordsmith circle talker. Mental midget Greer took Felos' proposed orders, typed them up w/his name on them and SLAMMED TERRI AND THE SCHINDLERS.

Greer just did whatever Felos wanted - it had nothing to do with the rule of law. Don't people see that?

Terri's wheelchair was broken and the good guardian that he was, Michael Schiavo nor Judge Greer EVER, EVER ordered that the wheelchair be fixed. She was trapped in that room, not because of her disability but because they wouldn't let her out.

The day that HOTD agreed with me on anything I'd have to reconsider my position.

No sh*t Einstein.

I could tolerate your simplistic attempts at defending your completely discredited positions, but your language makes you completely unbefitting of civil discourse.

I'll not ask your forgiveness, I tire of general lack of knowledge of the Constitution and its history from 'conservatives'. Not what you may want the Constitution to be but what it's intent was and still is today. But of course yet another one with an excuse for not addressing the post. Your sensitivities were offended. That's a good one, haven't seen that yet. In reality you can't because you have no idea of the history and rulings I'm speaking of.

"You lost."

Apparently, you don't realize that you lost something, too. What a shame. If you can't figure out what it is, I can't help you. This is one of those things that you may have to learn the hard way. When you do, you'll understand what I mean.
