I think the line is crossed when the activity is publicaly funded.

Sister Sena should move her operation to the US, or better to the Mexican side of the border. Giving enough food and water and a few prayers necessary to enable comfortable egress back to the security of their home base. IMHO..

Add to it the lie about what she's doing would be made illegal because she's not asking for a green card.
Unless she knows they are in the country illegally, she wouldn't be breaking the law.
I'm not aware of anything that would require charities or simply generous people to verify legal residency before providing aid to the needy.

They should have their tax-free status taken away.

What's even more glaring is the fact that none, absolutely none of these groups are as much concerned about helping (illegal) immigrants as they are in getting the Federal Tax $$$$ for their "work."
Just as in the case of "NEA" fighting for children of illegal immigrants attending Publik Skools, not only do they get Federal Tax $$$$$, they also get extra $$$$$ for "school lunch," "language assistance" and "special needs children."

Too true, 06. It isn't just the Catholic church that's aiding and abetting and harboring in violation of public law. I'm so tired of my non-denominational pastor telling us we are bigots b/c we oppose all facets of the illegal invasion.

I have an occasion to be acquainted with a very nice lady from Mexico who married a U.S. Citizen who was working in Mexico as a Jehovah's Witness Missionary. After his mission was up, they returned to the U.S. and are living in the metro Kansas City, MO area. Their church, along with other Jehovah's Witness churches in the area, encourage other JW converts living in Mexico to illegally come to the U.S. and many are now living in our area.
This is patently illegal no matter who is doing it - business attempting to cut wage payrolls by recruiting young Mexicans to break the law or U.S. churches encouraging Mexicans who after illegally coming to the U.S. have few skills for a decent living here and then proceed to bring family and friends.
If punishing various churches for encouraging such lawlessness is necessary, then so be it.
Jesus did say "Render unto Ceasar, that which is Ceasar's." So Hillary can just close her Bible and leave the stage.
