Hopefully, Jr's support ends at the Memphis city limits.

Defeated for reelection to Congress in 1833, Tennesseean Davy Crockett wrote to one of his stepdaughters in 1836 that, "I would rather be in my present situation than be elected to a seat in Congress for life."
A few weeks later he was killed at The Alamo. Though I think he meant it anyhow.

Has Ford asked and received permission from the Democrats?

Desoto county here. I moved out of Memphis, back home to Mississippi three years ago. But I do take an interest in Memphis, as I work there and also hate the Fords.
I wonder how Jr's "F" rating from the NRA will help him?

I suppose Don Imus will be his campaign manager, that will be a plus for sure. I hope the people of Tn. can see through this man and his family.
Having a Democrat Gov. is bad enough.

Nothing at all wrong with having a family that is entirely corrupt and controlling TN politics to a large extent.

Tennessee is getting an affirmative action Senator. Ford will be right at home in the Senate and with his varied criminal experience, able to continue his personal destruction of the United States.
One would like to think that his support would end at the Memphis City Limits but every black and yellow dog Democrat in Tennessee will vote for him. Tennessee is screwed.
To: Sybeck1
Too bad ya'll can't get Fred Thompson to come back to TN.
If memory serves, Thompson is a Tennessean.

The Ford crime family I assume?Yeah, that's the one. I'm convinced that a Ford can't lose within Shelby County or win outside Shelby County.

I doubt he will win, but he did run a commercial criticizing the ports deal in East TN.

Ever since Brian Williams' commentary at the last State of the Union speech, I keep getting Ford and Obama confused.

Don't worry about us. Ford has as much chance of winning as Hillary Clinton for President here.
