Father, there have been so many difficulties and seemingly impossible crises that our nation and our President have faced since then, and we have begged Your mercy on us. And You have been faithful in all things. We have lifted up our soldiers in harms way for many years now, and though some have fallen in this war against evil and terror, the number has been mercifully small, and the miracles many, and we thank You for Your faithfulness.
Father, for many years, we have petitioned with the deepest groanings of our hearts that the horror of abortion would end, and that we would have a President with the spiritual conviction and the strength to turn the growing culture of death in this nation into a culture that honors the sanctity of life, and we have seen a profound shift of direction in these past years in the judiciary, and in the national consciousness, and for that we are deeply thankful.
We continue to lift up our brother in Christ, George W. Bush, as we continue to sense Your divine hand upon him. We continue to ask that he be fatihful to You, dear Lord, and that he spend time in Bible study and in prayer, and especially that he spend time listening for Your still small voice in every decision that he must make, large or small. We ask that he be granted wisdom and discernment, and that he would be guided by Your word, and Your law. We ask that You bless his marriage with overflowing joy and love, and guide and protect them both as they serve You and this nation together.
We bow at the foot of the Cross and ask forgiveness for our sins, as individuals, and as a nation. We pray that You will guide us, and our leaders, and that we might be more obedient to You. Cleanse and heal this land, dear Lord, and continue to work so that the plague of abortion would cease, and that we would be guided by moral and ethical truths that come from Your word. Bless us, we pray, as a nation, and revive Your children, so that there might be a spiritual awakening such as never been seen in America. We ask all these things, believing that You will hear and answer our prayers, in the Name of Jesus, who is the Christ, Amen!
Please join us in this special celebration of God's faithfulness, and lift up our President, our Troops, and our Nation in prayer today!

George W Bush, Our Commander and Chief, working under Gods Laws, has made hard decisions, but did it by praying to You Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
I pray that Jesus Christ inspire George W Bush to continue with all of us, to do what is best for this great country,

Gracious Heavenly Father,
Your love astounds us. It brings is to our faces before Your mercy like Isaiah makes us cry "Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts." Oh most Holy Lord. Abba. We praise You. We magnify You. And we exalt You for having taken the time away from the glory of Heaven to interact with us, Your created beings. We will never fully understand why You love us, but Lord, we are humbled by Your love just the same. Thank You, Lord for hearing our prayers. For forgiving our sins. And for Your movement in our land.
Father, I thank You for what we have seen You do through our President, George W Bush, over these 2000 days. Even before he was President, we cried out to You for we knew no man could save us. Little did we know what we would see in the time after he became President.
Father, You have carried us through a contested election, and a divided nation afterwards; a horrific attack on 911, and wars in both Afghanistan and Iraq thereafter. You have carried us through Rita and Katrina and made it so that there weren't 10s of 1000s of casualties as they were predicting. You've kept us strong, even though we have not always been a faithful people to You. You have given us justices, Lord, a main reason many of us voted for President Bush in the first place- who will protect our constitution and even more protect the lives of the unborn. You have protected our President from his foes. Though some have even threatened his very life, as You have said in Your word, no weapon that has come near him has been allowed to ultimately prosper- and boy have they been fighting. The minions of Hell are out against this President and this nation at this time- trying to destroy both. But You have preserved us.
Truly, as the Psalmist wrote in Psalm 91 (paraphrasing)
We have dwelled in the secret place of the most High and made our abode under the shadow of the Almighty.
We can say of you, Lord, that You are our refuge and our fortress: our God; in whom we trust. You have delivered us the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. You have covered us with Your feathers, and under Your wings we have seen that You are more than worthy of our trust: Your truth is our shield and buckler.
Therefore, we shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flies by day; Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand; but it shall not come near to us or to our President as he rests in Your capable hands.
For Lord, we have seen with our eyes and beheld the reward of the wicked. Because we made YOU, LORD, our refuge, the most High, our habitation, no evil has been able to conquer us, and no plague has come near our dwelling. Surely, You have given your angels charge over us, our nation, and our President, to keep us in all thy ways. They have held us up in their hands, lest we dash our feet against a stone. Through Your power we have been able to tread upon the lion that seeks to devour us and very adder whom deceived Eve: And even his demons, the young lions, and that dragon through Your power alone we have been able to trample under our feet. Why? Because You set Your love on us. Unworthy. No power in and of our selves. Those You have delivered and set on high just because we know Your name.
Therefore, Lord we shall call upon You, knowing You will answer us and will be with us in trouble; You will deliver us, and honour us even as we glorify You. With long life You satisfy us, and we have seen your salvation.
Dear Father. I praise You for these 2000 days, and pray that You will be with us for the next 2000 and the 2000 after that and so on. We could never do it without You. But I'm so thankful that You do it for us, and where we can see it and glorify You because of it.
Be with our President Lord. He's had some tough political times recently. It's truly a thankless job much of the time. But we pray that You would continue to give him peace, joy, and wisdom as he works towards that which You had for him to do in this office.
Bless Him, Lord. Bless Laura, and the twins. Bless my fellow Freepers who have been faithful to pray these 2,000 days and keep this important effort going. And bless these United States- keeping us as one nation under You as long as we shall be.
For it is in the matchless, glorious, and awesome name of Christ Jesus my Lord that I pray these things.

God bless President Bush. Thank You, Dear Lord, for 2000 days of God's faithfulness. Dear Lord, if ever any president was tested, President Bush is one. We thank You for being by his side, and pray he will continue to praise You and honor You openly.
We pray, Dear Lord, You will continue to bless our nation, and keep us free from those who would want to harm us.
Bless all those who join us in prayer. Bless our military and their families. God bless them all.
