One of the first was to warn that the nation could slide into dictatorship if harsh critiques of the judiciary – from the likes of Texas Sen. John Cornyn and Rep. Tom DeLay – go unanswered.

Having 9 individuals make decisions at will outside the bounds of the Constitution without consequences isn't? What makes you so special? The black robes? You are not a high priestess of the country.

I hated sandra as soon as I heard Reagan nominate her. She will not be missed by me!!! I predict she becomes close friends with the likes of jimmah and sheehan, and will become ever virulently opposed to America and her freedoms!

SSDO (screw sandra day o'connor)!

Sandra Day O'Connor: Ronald Reagan's worst mistake as President (apart from leaving the Marines in Lebanon too long).

FlAttorney joined Free Republic because of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo case. He became involved with Tom DeLay's office, and subsequent support for Mr. DeLay, because of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo case. I hope everyone at Free Republic will remember that when other ranking Republican DC leaders would not step-up and help in trying to stop the execution of this poor women, it was Tom DeLay that stood up for Terri knowing full well that he was going to take a substantial amount of political, MSM, and public heat because of his actions. There are a number of very strong parallels between Terri's legal case in Florida and Mr. DeLay's criminal indictments in Texas, primarily in the area of odd peculiarities in both States laws and Constitution that are being utilized by the Soros Shadow Party who was/is behind both cases. Quite simply, it is no accident these two legal cases happened in Florida and Texas. - TAB

Thank you for all your hard work flattorney. I live in Tom's district and was a member at Free Republic during the fight for Terri's life. That whole ordeal still makes me sick, when I have to think about it. It was very wrong! God Bless
