Hmmmm........then why wasn't he at the bank instead of Denny's? Sounds like the guy should have been under the care and feeding of the local state hospital. Sad.

This is the kind of thing I always expect at a Waffle House. They seem to attract some of the strangest people. If that had been the case, they most likely would have been carrying illegally, as it is almost impossible to get a CCW in the PRK.
