A large part of America is awake to the threat. Let there be no confusion, this is a clash between civilization and brutal pagan theocracy.

I agree with President Bush and the preamble to the declaration of independence.

Yes, much of arab culture is sick; but cultures can and do change.

Of course we must defeat those who fight against us, but we do not have to kill or dominate all muslims.

And I dont think it's smart to try.

I agree with you that it is a rant. The problem is the "nuke them all" aspect just may be what happens. Perish the thought but I think even those who sympathize with Islam will push the trigger before it is all said and done.

Islam is not at Peace with any neighbor in any country. In a sense the same is true with Christianity. They are called to be at war with the powers of this world but the meaning of this is so very different between the two that it is not so easy to see where the spiritual battle ends with the Muslin and a war with his non-Islamic neighbor begins.

Too many fail to see this difference and want to see Islam just one more choice in the religion buffet. The power of Faith is beyond comprehension of many and many can not see people dieing for their faith. Some are willing to give their life for God and yet others are willing to kill others for theirs. Until Islam sets to work on those who kill the problem will only get worse, rant or no rant, head in the sand or not it will continue to get worse.

Add the spreading of nuclear weapons into all this and you should see what I am talking about.
