But if Islam IS capable of reformation, it will probably happen in a large and ethnically diverse country like Iraq. Also, Iraq has had the experience of brutal repression by a dictatorship. They are thus more likely to go the other way.
And if Iraq is a secular, modern democracy, there is hope for the rest.

If a group of Muslims were to make a particularly heinous attack, say, on a kindergarten, then this would likely occur but short of that I'm afraid the leftist turds that live amongst us would likely prevent what needs to be done. This is not to say that they wouldn't face strong retribution from the American populace in scattered areas. If I were of Arabic descent or looked like it and this were to happen and I were living in a rural area, I would be insane if I didn't get the heck of there as fast as my car could carry me.

Excellent post. Islam is diametrically opposed to western culture.
The dismal failure, desolation of Muslim countries is due directly to Islam & its founder.
An excellent read = "The Sword of the Prophet" by Serge Trifkovic (history, theology, impact on the world).

However another danger but more insidious is European demographics. It may already be too late for a few EU nations.
To turn around the population problem would take decades to fix, probably several generations.
I submit that the declining birth rate (unwillingness to reproduce) is a direct result of selfishness.
