When did it become illegal for a U.S. citizen to not have a Social Security number or an identification card? Or illegal to do business with someone that doesn't have these?
Easy solution:
1. Call your local PD and complain of drug dealing at the illegals house. Call your local DEA office and complain of drug dealing at the illegals house.
House gets raided, house gets seized. Illegals can't prove income so it's assumed drug money from the illegals drug trade financed house so house stays seized and illegals stay out.
2. Call the IRS. Say you know some people cheating on their taxes. Give the address of the illegals house.
Cops may not do anything, Feds may not do anything but the IRS will hound them till the end of time.
Someone needs to sue them for discrimination against Americans.
They may be making loans to illegals, but the fact they are illegal is wrong..don't you think? Whatever happened to going back to the way it used to be in determining citizenship:
application for citizenship, you have to be sponsored by someone that agrees by contract to be responsible for any damage or loss made by the applicant. The applicant agrees to work and be self supporting, also that the applicant will not ask for or accept any government monies or help at any level other than emergency medical.
After two years you can become a citizen providing you can speak english, are healthy and pass civics questions.
"Can't wait for this insanity to come to Cape Cod, where starter homes are over 300K."
In San Diego $300k will get you a bare lot without a house!
Not sure what you're babbling about but as any normal LEGAL citizen knows there are several ways to prove authenticity to one's citzenship. Besides, what bank is stupid enough to give a loan to someone who has no verifiable income and certifiable ID? Maybe in your world it might make sense, but I'm sure only if the US taxpayers provide a safety net as usual. That is the way you people think right?
Is it a crime to not have a SSN or an ID card?
Is it a crime to do business with someone without verifying their citizenship?
Do you really want to begin requiring non-governmental agencies to act as investigative law enforcement agencies?
And finally, do you understand that the bank is willing to make the loan because ACORN is guaranteeing that if the loan defaults they will cover the bank's losses?
It is just another law that our Government will not enforce. (If it involves Hispanics-they are the "chosen ones" for the present time)
