Home-field advantage for Frist.

Frist ? A decent man but I don't think he's presidential material.

Romney paid for college students to fly in from all over the country and Frist bused many people in.

Allen is still a better candidate than Frist.
Frist doesn't have the cajones to be president.
A man needs to make decisions and not worry about some poll.

ROFL!! Condoleezza Rice as a write-in, beat a bunch of guys who are serious candidates!
Rice in 2008. The others are candidates, to be her VP. :)

McKook looks the fool with less than 10% (Bush write in vote)!

The leader of straw wins a poll of straw.
How fitting.
If Frist is the best we can do in '08, can you say "President Hillary"?
I knew you could.

George Allen
Pence or Tom as vice.

I think Romney would be a great candidate. I don't believe for one sec conservatives wouldn't back him. The Heritage Foundation loves him. He is a fiscal hawk. He balanced the budget without ever raising taxes. Loves tax cuts. Very likable and even made fun of Kerry's purported botox use. He also suggested wire taping mosques and would not back down to that comment despite the clamoring from PC groups.

Yea, let's see how the talking heads spin this tomorrow morning given that they regard McKook as the GOP's best candidate.

Exactly. Since Frist is the home-town boy, Romney is considered the winner in all this. This must have been what McCain was seeing, that he'd be third to Romney. It's one thing to lose to Frist in his backyard, not Romney.
To: slowhand520
Frist isn't a bad choice...BUT that stock sell off sure leaves a sour taste and prolly will result in being the center of press attention if he runs.
