As we speak, they're setting up a new Turkish mosque in a suburb near where I live. There's talk of how moderate there are, but frankly, I think we should ban the creation of new mosques inside the United States immediately.

Admittedly, this would require a constitutional amendment, but I believe we could get it.

The phrase in the Constitution that must be addressed is the first phrase in the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."

I think this position would be very difficult to prove in court. I believe we need a constitutional amendment to act effectively. Naturally, it would be carefully drawn to retain the freedom of religion that we so cherish. I lack the skills to suggest wording for the amendment.
