There was no shelling of historical Dubrovnik within the ancient walls.

Anyway, Milosevic was not even in charge of the army or Commander in Chief at that time. Admiral Stane Brovet, a Slovene, was in charge of the Navy, Croat Gen. Velko Kadijevic was in charge of the Army.

Leprosy drug such as rifampicin can have adverse effect on treatment of hypetension and can be considered a poisoning.

When Ukrainian presidential hopeful Yuschenko felt ill and had a rash often found in people who abuse alcohol and drugs,(or have a side effect of cryoplastic plastic surgey) it was automatically considered to be a dixin poisoning.
