What a weird story. No background on the men, no descriptions of the men or even if they had been detained!

I recommend an Alaskan cruise. The people who go on these cruises are usually older and wealthier and the scenery in Alaska is fantastic.

Simple solution to questionable conduct:
Closed Circuit TV cameras. Have a simple line in the brochure that states,"Our guests' enjoyment are our most important purpose. For the safety of all the common areas have closed circuit security."
Just put up a lot of cameras with a light on and have a sensor if a towel is thrown over them so they will alarm and security can come out straight away.

Now as to your no.2, get a life please, it is liberals who do not want to punish the types that use such things as date rape drugs, you see, in my world you would die if you use such a thing, get it?
