The announcement was delayed so the Democrats can register whatever it is to vote. The DNC has already filed complaints that Bush is gerrymandering the planetary voting districts.The NAACP is protesting that Bush is creating another minority.
Whatever it is, ten old groups and six yet-to-be-formed groups will be bitchin' their heads off nine minutes after NASA's announcement.

NASA is planning to make a huge announcement today, about possible life in our own solar system. I thought they were going to announce that NASA was selling it's space ports to Iran.

Unfortunately, it crashed on landing and will not be returning.
