That's what you get FOR NOT KEEPING YOUR LEGS CLOSED B**CH! Now shut the **** up and pay for what you created!
Not for nothing, but that's exactly how things should be.

Not really. The woman is only financially responsible for the child if she chooses not to abort or not to put the child up for adoption. She chooses if and when she is financially responsible for the child.

A little sensitive today, aren't we??
Not believing a wild claim with no proof is being prideful? I think not. :D
I don't think it's me that needs to get over oneself.
The only time I can imagine that this could have happened is if your friend didn't show up in court. And since you don't mention a lawyer, I wonder if this is what happened. Then he got the shaft by default.
I do hope you realize that anyone can claim anything, doesn't make it true. Your friend could even be stretching things.
If you'd like to give proof, I'd love to know it.

By arguing that the law should allow men to be as equally sexually reckless...It returns the reproductive dynamic to where it has been for the entire history of mankind.

You are clearly not interested in discussing this.

You analogy is inept. It ought to be as follows.
I threw a rock into the air. I did not intend to break a window, but I did. I offered to fix it or to pay to have it repaired, but the homeowner refused to let me. Now he wants me to pay continually for the next twenty years for the increased heating/AC bill, and for any wind and water damage that might occur due to the broken window.

If the child is given up for adoption, both parents would have to agree and neither would any longer be financially responsible.

I don't understand how you can compare a broken window to a child. You may not want to consider parenting in the near future.

"One man is paying child support because the woman saved his sperm."
There is a term for these women. They like to hang out around military bases, bars, etc. They are called "Husban Hunters", and usually come from very bad home situations. These women will do ANTHING to get married, or to have an income without actually having to have a job. I have met quite a few of them in my lifetime, and this lawsuit is the only way to fight back once one of them has targeted you......Well, you can just walk away.

Thank You, but I don't need the test. We're adopting.

Yep. There is absolutely nothing pro-child about the system. Its methods and goals are punative and anti-male.
If the system were truly for the children, there would be some enforceable stipulations about what the mother does with the "child support". There are myriad cases where the woman supports her boyfriend and such with child support money and the courts have smacked down the protests of the father from whom the money is being extorted.
For years my wife and I, along with my wife's mother, have bought all of my niece's clothes because her mother lives on the child support as if it were alimony, having nothing left to clothe her daughter.
If the courts were so damn concerned about the kids, they'd make the mothers produce some evidence that the money is indeed being spent on the child's needs.

You should not misunderstand what I believe.
If a guy father's a child, he is responsible, financially, emotionally, morally, spiritually. Every person is responsible for his or her own actions. That's why a guy who fathers a child has to pay child support, and I agree with that. That's also why I think a woman who has sex shouldn't be allowed an abortion; it's just a way to escape consequences.
What I am not in favor of is being responsible for actions you didn't take. If I'm married, and my wife cheats on me, gets pregnant, and I then divorce her for infidelity, the court forces me to pay child support. This is absolutely immoral. I didn't decide to have that child. My ex-wife and her boyfriend made that decision. They should deal with the consequences. I will not be held responsible for the actions of other people, especially other stupid people.
Some people here say keeping it zipped is 100% effective. It's the single most effective way to not get hit with consequences, but it is not 100% effective. Furthermore, some women have done the very thing I described above as a revenge move. I don't personally think I should be made to finance my own ex-wife's vendetta against me, but I guess that's just my personal opinion.

I don't understand how you can't deduct what message Paloma was trying to get accross.
You are obviously pretending to not get it as no one can possibly be that stupid.

Hey
Equal = Equal
The baby is 1/2 the male's. Both are equally responsible for the pregnancy. Each should have an equal say if it will be aborted or not. She has to endure the 9 mos and the delivery and he has to pay for 18+ years.
Right now he has no say at all.
To: Brytani
That is definitely a new one on me!
