This is Meathead's "Tax the Rich" plan. There is a conflict-of-interest here, because Reiner has been on the First 5 Commission that is spending the tobacco tax money on advertisements promoting Universal Preschool. We're not content taxing sinners, now we're going after the rich folks.

The CAMPAIGN for this initiative has been funded by tobacco taxes. The "rich" will pay for "free" preschool if this measure passes.

Yes, that was explained in another post.

If meathead wants it, he should pay for the ads, if it passes, he should fund that too.
