See post 23-there's a link to the video-and I assure you I've watched it-and more than a few times. Perhaps you should try watching it and then try explaining where that cop was justified in shooting an unarmed man 3 times after telling him to get up.

The video the sheriff's department and FBI viewed was unedited....unlike the KTLA tape aired everywhere.

Let me do some research on it.

It came out briefly following the shooting and his subsequent SBC traffic stops.

It was cold blooded murder

If I'm not mistaken, the airman survived. Attempted murder in the First Degree is the obvious crime. Unfortunately, that's not the charge.
