"As police investigate a gun magazine found near the wreck, Scotland Yard gets involved..."
OK, I'll ask.
Why is Scotland Yard getting involved?
I thought California was being annexed by Mexico, not the UK...

The L.A. Times via Drudge said that two men who identified themselves as from Homeland Security came and took him away. Now the police are trying to figure out who they were. Weird.

I think his Enzo days may be coming to an end

As police investigate a gun magazine found near the wreck, Scotland Yard
gets involved, and reporters mutter "plot thickens," we're watching for more
buzz to come down the road.
IIRC, it was a Scottish bank that had called authorities to tell them
they were in the process of repossessing the car.
And that some guys that came on the scene of the accident flashed some
Homeland Security badges, but then they faded away in the crowd.
At least that's what I heard on CNBC's "On The Money" tonight.
