I have a simple solution. Escalating penalties for entering the US illegally. First time we catch you, you get a free trip home. If you come back, 30 days in a camp. Try it again, 90 days. One more time and you're the guest of Uncle Sam for two years. I don't like paying a lot to house prisoners, so I suggest putting Sheriff Joe in charge of running the operation.
And put 'em to work building the border wall during that time.

Hey Shipmate, retired AEC and Nam vet here. I consider myself a conservative. I don't suck up to any politician because it's beginning to look like there's no difference between them. They all worship the money God and most will sell their souls for a dollar and a vote.
Eight years no border action on Clinton's watch. Five years plus, no border action on Bush's watch and that's costing this nation billions. I drew my line in the sand after the 2004 presidental election. You don't secure the borders and stop the flow of illegal aliens, you don't deserve my vote and you won't get it. End of story.
And absolutely DO NOT disagree with the UAE port deal....that will bring on the COINTELPRO crowd so fast, and in such numbers that you can't type fast enough to keep up with the insults......

To usnavy45. You see, we are not alone. You've made a good choice, just stick with it at election time. The GOP has but a couple of fellows that I would vote for NOT to include Condi Rice, Guilani, Romney or Pataki (all RINOS).
Sheriff Joe's prisoners LOVE to go out and work for free, because it gets them out of having to lay around in an unairconditioned 110 degree tent all day. Plus, I think they get a couple little privileges.
Frankly, I think his judges and pro-gun support have been good......for the rest I tend to agree with you.
I believe about 30% of FR agrees, if these numbers hold for the rest of America imagine when we stay home in 2006 and 2008. I don't want to hear republicans whine, they have the house, the oval office and supposedly the senate....yet I'm neck deep in illegals.
