Afganisten was never the problem, they are just a bunch of cave dwellers. Pakistan created the Taliban and is now harbering the Talibanm and the core of AL Quaida.
Even though Musharraf is keeping Pakistan from sliding into total Islamic chaos, the question is, is that a good thing?
Let them declare themselves the true enemy they are!
US had their way screwed up from day one, by supporting Pakistan, the root of all terror and siding against India, which is a peaceful nation.

IMO Raman has a point. The Paks are "playing" us, and they think we're too stupid to realize that. After all we're just a bunch of infidels. The question is who will get "played" in the end.

Your buddy is afraid that if bin Laden is eliminated, his own importance in your eyes could diminish. Yep. Keeping terrorism alive in the middle east is full time job for countries wanting US aid in the billions to fight same terrorism.

Pakistan fighting Islamic terrorism ? Jeez..you folks are ignorant. Pakistan is the freakin' fountainhead of Islamic terrorism. Its just that their terrorism is directed at India and not towards US at present. That is why US sends Pak billions of $$$ in aid. The US is yet to understand that 'Islamic Terrorism' remains 'Islamic Terrorism' whether it is directed at India or at US. Sooner than later , the monster you create will come after you. Happened in case of Taliban inAfghanistan , will happen in case of Paksitan.

Raman is a very smart man. A former chief of India's anti-terrorism network who has played a major role in the battle against Islamic terrorists from Pakistan. Several Paksitani terror networks were eliminated under his leadership. Read what he says carefully.
