Caol Ila is LOT harder to find than Lagavulin. I’ve NEVER seen it on this side of the pond, and it took a little looking to find it in London. . .
That Jackson missed it is not surprising. I’d have never known about it except for reading the fiction of Spider Robinson, where it was held in high regard, right up there with Tullamore Dew (which is still my favorite Irish whiskey. . .)
