Do you have a paragraph for the simplicity with which we the people can destroy the constitution? We can, it will never happen. Especially, "We the Conservatives?"
As for Selling the fort, you went to a non-sequitor.
We are NOT paying dubai to manage port security, we are hiering dubai to PAY for port LABOR! If you think hiering Dubai is gonna make us more vulnerable, you need to look SOUTH before you look EAST, as far as our ability to secure LABOR.

That pisses you off? got to "The Moderate Voice" and look at how they treat the recent Pro Danish protest. They ignore the MSM hypocracy, but they chose to blame it all on Bush via Karen Hughes. THAT PISSED ME OFF!!!

"need to look SOUTH before you look EAST, as far as our ability to secure LABOR."
The last I looked it wasn't the country to our south that flew planes in to the World Trade Center.
We will not destroy the Constitution by upholding it.
Which means, no lobbyist such as Madeline Albright or Bill Clinton has a right to sell off that which the USA owns. I did not vote to sell off our Port Administrations duties to the very people who vote at least 85% against us at the UN, who have allowed shipments through their very own ports of wmd components and and who do not recognize Israel as a state and who also recognized the Taliban as the legitamate Gov't of Afghanistan.
Now, You either except that this is indeed a war and we must defend ourselves. Or you don't.
You also might want to take a look at how Manifests are handled, etc.

You once again changed subjects.
I DID mention that there is reason for concern, but the OVERSIGHT should assuage that. If you wanna say "no foreign company. . . ." blah blah blah, then you would shut down all but direct Naval shipments. You wanna fix this? outlaw unions, then the US based companies might be able to compete. As it is? it is the Government that oversees security.

one word for the spreading violence :Iran. Even Iraqis say so.
Now, let a former civis teacher say that this country was founded by asserting the right of revolution as expressed in th Declaration of Independance. Obviously, we retain that right, though, as Randi Rhodes once said. Don't kid yourself. You may have a shotgun, but the government has cruise missles.

"it is the Government that oversees security."
IN this deal we are not even requiring them to keep their records on US soil like WE DO every other foreign company.
Read about how Manifests work. Read about how wmd components have gone through the Dubai's ports. Read the maritime laws. (Which I have posted a link to somewhere in these threads, but if you were up on the topic, you'd have been aware of them and read them).
All the reasons to squelch this deal has everything to do with the war we are in and the sell out of America. Do some research. Follow my threads if nothing else to get a grasp.
