The cartoons aren't nearly as belittling as Muslims' actions during several weeks of demonstrations and riots.

I'm hurt, too. I'm hurt that you think you can force your belief system on those of us who live in a democracy and don't want to accept what you're selling.

Here's my question: Since Islam says no "drawings/portraits/photos" of Mohammed, How Do They Know That The Drawings (they're not really what most of us call cartoons) Are True Images Of Their Mohammed?

Since no one supposedly knows what Mohammed looks like, why are Muslims taking offense at some drawings that could not be accurate portrayals of their Mohammed because they have nothing to compare them to?

I can draw a stick figure and name it Ali Babba, but that doesn't make it into Ali Babba. And if I worship that stick figure drawing, so what? Who does that hurt (other than maybe myself)? It seems to me that this thing has just gotten blown WAY out of proportion by some imams and mullahs who, I portend, are afraid they'll lose $$$$$$$$money$$$$$$$$$ if they don't keep tight reins on their flock of moon-worshipers.

Seems to me the entire protests are nothing but excuses for the basest demonstration of human nature by a group of hoodlums wearing scarves.
