This is not the result of Communism in America.

It is far more sinister and subversive than that.

These pukefaced morons quibbling over whether or not it is worthwhile to honor the memory of a brave man who killed the enemies of his country are the product of a long gradual degeneration in American values.

This degeneration has been accelerated by pious pacifistic religious sects - almost all of them mainstream Christian and Jewish, a media elite which has lost all touch with reality, Hollywood actors and actresses who wouldn't know reality if it looked them in the face, and an educational establishment populated by the traitors of the anti-Viet Nam War era who should have been before firing squads or dangling from nooses as traitors back in the 1960s instead of getting "liberal" educations by their collegate forbearers.

Its the result of an insane drive agaist guns, patriotism, western values and virile behavior - all of which this genuine hero so well represented.

Distinguished Senator Jill Edwards questions "whether it was appropriate to honor a person who killed other people."

She further wonders whether "a member of the Marine Corps was an example of the sort of person UW wanted to produce."

Another distinguished Senator, Ashley Miller, "commented that many monuments at UW already commemorate rich white men."

Student Senator Karl Smith casts some oil on the troubled waters by suggesting that the resolution honoring Boyington be stripped of any mention of "destroying 26 enemy aircraft." Perhaps, in this way, Colonel Boyington's "service" could be acknowledged, but "not his killing of others."

This is modern feminism - immaculate society until you abolish all signs of what they believe is the evil patriarchy that has oppressed women and minorities for years.

These people are not just in colleges, they have infiltrated many state legislatures, and these sentiments are expressed in private, that is until they see the light of day, where they quickly shown to be absurd under scrutiny.

In Maine a few years ago some feminist legislators made public noises that were derogatory about the US Troops. After enduring a firestorm of criticism from members of Maine large military constituency the girls learned to to discuss their true feelings about these issues in public.

But that sentiment is alive and well, believe me. Folks who do not think that feminism is one of the major threats to our country aren't paying attention.

The intellectual sluggards fail to recognize that Boyington did not start out in life either rich or white. He was part-Sioux and supplemented his mother's financial support. Further, he was involved completely in the college experience and graduated in four years. Let's see if any of those "senators" can stand up to that measuring stick.

Marine Air was designed more for close air support of Ground Operations than for "dog fighting".
Thus the small number of "Aces".

Something has to be done and soon.

It could be fixed, virtually overnight, if parents would stop financing these communist propaganda "madrassas."

Colleges are financed by all of the parents who spend their life savings and/or borrowed money to hire communists to destroy the values they have spent years instilling in their children.

Cut off the money to colleges and the morons in charge of colleges and teaching there will have to get regular jobs at fast food restaurants which is where they belong.

Why parents keep funding this deliberate brain-washing of their children is beyond me.

College graduates today are more misguided, ignorant and illiterate than they have ever been.

"Man Without Honor"

From this title I thought the article was about Ted Kennedy.

"... America hating communists...." "...American hating hard-left liberal democrats..."

What's the difference?

"What's the difference? "

Initially, I am tempted to reply that there is no difference- but there really IS a difference, and it is the same difference as there is between osama bin ladin and timothy mcveigh. Osama was a foreigner killing Americans, and timothy was an American killing Americans. I consider mcveigh much more vile and despicable, just as I consider almost all democrats to be just as vile and despicable as timothy mcveigh, with a few exceptions such as Leiberman and Zell Miller.
