The top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee wants the panel to look into whether the National Security Agency was eavesdropping without proper authority in the weeks after the Sept. 11 attacks. Because if they hadn't this same cretin would be asking why NSA let another attack happen when they had the means to stop it by eavesdropping. You can't win with these self serving libs.

Yes, you can always depend on Senator Rockefeller to look out for the liberties of terrorists, wouldn't want to violate their right to develop terror plots in privacy, now would we?
Now here is something to think about: could it be that the Democrats and their assorted fellow liberal/leftist travelers who are shrieking the loudest about this NSA surveillance program have the MOST at stake, if for some reason THEIR communications had been intercepted and analyzed?

"Huh thats funny...I question Rockefellers involvement in the NSA wiretap LEAK"Yep. Look for him to take the lead. Then, if the GJ starts looking at him and his staff, we'll hear "Rockefeller, a leading critic of the domestic spying program/whistleblower/retailiatory prosecution" cr*p...

Isn't Rockefeller under investigation by the FBI? I swear I read that on a thread here a while back.

The problem here is Rockefeller is probably off the mark. However George Will, contrary to those whiny 'conservatives' at RNC HQ(otherwise known as NRO), isn't. It's sad to say however it took Will so long to wake up.

I keep reminding him via e-mail that we "know" he is the one who leaked the NSA program, and asking him who he thinks he's fooling. So far he hasn't answered me, LOL.

"including any warrantless surveillance" - that took place between the suicidehomicide hijackings in 2001 and the initiation of President Bush's controversial surveillance program.
To: smoothsailing
Rockefeller should be under investigation for going alone to Lebanon, Jordan and Saudi Arabia and warning them President Bush was going to war with Iraq.
Rockefeller put our military in danger before the war even started. IMO, he's a beady eyed bird brain traitor to his country.
