Amazing, ain't it?

The price the "Cult of Bush" want OTHERS to pay for their "Great Leaders'" strategery and "vision"!

These folk need a Glass Bellybutton, so they can see where they are going!

That's right, the "Great Leader" will TELL them where to go, they don't need to see for themselves, or question anything!

So you think it is a good idea having major American ports being managed by an Arab nation linked to international terrorism and nuclear weapons proliferation. This has everything to do with security, and the people who are responsible are puting the nation's national security at risk. US Customs relies on cooperation from the private sector. US customs will be relying on the UAE for shipping manifests and other information in order to determine what is coming through these ports.

It might be funny if it wasn't so serious. We are relying on congress to do the right thing. I think Bush will be forced to kill this deal because it is such an insane idea to have Dubai managing American ports. I am also getting tired of these idiots on these threads stating that managing ports isn't related to our security. People don't seem to realize the concept of what this company will be doing. People also don't seem to realize that the private sector plays a vital role in national security. Dubai will be able to decide what gets in and what gets out of American ports.

Lets go all out and have Al Qaeda be air marshalls; the PLO can run the Secret Service; Hamas can be the private security for major sporting events, and private companies from Iran can manage the water supplies of American cities. Now all we need is for Hilary Clinton and George W. Bush to approve these plans, so robots of all political persuasions can support the changes.

Bush appointed a senior executive of DP Ports World named Dave Sanborn as a Maritime Administrator less than a month ago. I am relieved to see our federal government is so friendly with a company owned by a government that is not our ally.

"The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Minister

visit to Pakistan in May, stated that Pakistan
could contribute to the Middle East peace
process through their nuclear capabilities.
“Islamabad’s nuclear capabilities can serve

This is from the report:

"Who else could be buying nuclear technology on the black market?
Walsh says a joke is making the rounds of the nuclear anti-proliferation community: "If you want to know who's a proliferator, follow A.Q. Khan's travel schedule." Khan has long argued that Muslim countries are entitled to the bomb. He traveled freely for years, meeting with officials in other countries. Experts warn that many of these nations are now potential proliferation suspects, including:

Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi, one of the Gulf emirates, which experts say both helped finance the Pakistani nuclear program;
Algeria and Syria, which have expressed nuclear ambitions;
Malaysia and Indonesia;
Myanmar (Burma), where Khan reportedly met with officials;
Egypt.
"Basically, any major member of the Muslim world is unfortunately now suspect," Walsh says. Most worrisome to experts are terrorist groups like al Qaeda, which could also be involved in buying or trading nuclear components. "We've known for many years that there's a market for nuclear technology with weapons applications," says Daryl Kimball, executive director of the Arms Control Association."

I was just reading that they are trying to pass a new law because:

there are presently no citizenship requirements, which he said permits foreign companies who are or become partners in domestic terminal operations to employ security officers who are not Americans."

And we need to put in people who wil protect ALL AMERICANS.

There is a lot of so-called "americans" out there that hate this country and don't need to be protected. I don't see too many people clamouring to go to NKorea, Cuba, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Mexico, China....do you?

They need to be shipped out, thrown out, or taken out, legally of course.

People from CFR are supporting this deal to hand the ports over to DP World. Maybe they should read some of their own reports.
