Bill Clinton lost the House and Senate. If Hillary ran, they'd lose so bad that the Democrats would probably be unable to filibuster.
Warner/Bayh 08. Unstoppable.
Mrs. Comeback Kid?
Ecch!
I have always been amazed that some people actually think Hillary should be president. I've always thought that if they are actually stupid enough to nominate here, the Dems are in for a well-deserved bloodbath. I hope Hillary's supporters ignore these guys.
Whoever is most anti-war / anti-America, will win the '08 Democratic nomination. If the Republican is average or better, they will then win the general election.
I fear Hillary will steamroll any Republican she runs against - and don't throw me in that briar patch!
Yes. If hillary runs, she will surely win. ;)
I think Condi as VP would make almost any Republican ticket unbeatable, with her following as POTUS. Eccentially a lock on the next 16 years.
Please don't laugh, but I fear Gore. He's getting his bonafides stamped by the Left and he already had the most popular votes in '00.
Given that the GOP at this point has nobody, I fear algore could win.
I am thoroughly enjoying every minute of this.
I want her to run. Get rid of her once and for all.
Smash her!
Baloney. He is confusing Democratic party officals with Democratic party voters, and they will vote for her.
The MSM will come back, wagging their tails behind them.
You've got the ticket, right there.
Condi in fact is a better candidate for VP than for President. As VP, she would be terrific.
Powerful ticket for the RATS, indeed (unstoppable is too strong a word though). Won't happen because the moonbats won't go for it. My money is on Fiengold/Richardson.
Yeah, its not like the RATS don't have alot of people who could probably win, and win easily if the 'pubs don't field a solid team. Its just that those types have ZERO chance of getting the nomination in 08 IMO.
"Warner/Bayh 08. Unstoppable."
I agree. Unfortunately, despite what the die-hard loyalists will say, the Republicans will be in trouble. The only Republican candidate as of now who even has a chance, and that I would support, is George Allen. Other than that, I don't think I can bring myself to vote McCain. The GOP needs to get their act together quickly, and start listening to the people again.
They nominated Kerry.
Too bad for him the Presidency is decided in the Electoral College. The only reason it was close in Florida is because thousands of short-sighted Republicans in the panhandle went home when the Dinosaur Media called it for him early. They won't be fooled again.
