Iran needs nuclear power so that it can make money selling its oil overseas to American and Japanese hordes who need to fuel up their big SUV's for trips to the local Wal-Marts and McDonalds.
In the 1930's U.S.it was left wingers like Dorothy Thompson (wife of Sinclair Lewis) who warned against Hitler's danger to the world. Prominent rightwingers including Father Coughlin, Prescott Bush (grandfather of the current president), and Charles Lindburgh, actually supported Hitler until Congress outlawed trading with Germany in 1942.

Even conservative Republicans like Dennis Miller admit that Scott was right and BushCo was wrong about WMD in Iraq.Have you read the NY Sun the last few days?

Ritter..................is a damned fool. He's also an ex-Marine. (Note: Folks I know who have served in the Marine Corps always refer to themselves as either "Marines" or "former Marines". "Ex" is a particularly pejorative term among them. Semper Fi, guys.)

Oh, I finally get it. You're not just a garden variety screwy liberal! You're an AMERICAN HATER.
You're not even fun to mess with anymore; your kind of thinking is dangerous to this country.

Why do you always post these lame arguments. Are you Patty Murray? You are definately a liberal, who loves to stir it up on FR. I don't know how you've gotten away with it so long.

Scott Ritter: Iran Only Wants Peaceful Nuclear Power And Scott Ritter only wanted to buy that 14-year old a Whopper.

Interesting. I never knew that old Joe Kennedy, who sired the heroes of the dem party, was a rightwinger.
You're painting with a pretty broad brush there, MM.
To: MurryMom
Scott Ritter is right again. Scott Ritter was bought and paid for by Saddam Hussein. He is a traitor to his nation and to humanity.
If Iran ever obtains a uranium fractionation plant (necessary for nuclear weapons production and at least 10 years off), the plant will be easily spotted from the air because it will occupy the space of about 2 football fields.
Are you still trying to peddle this lie? You got your butt handed to you the last time you tried this crap.
Irani politicians are prone to stupid exaggerations, just like prominent U.S. presidents and U.N. ambassadors.
Oh, denying the Holocaust and threatening to wipe a Israel out is a stupid exaggeration? Oh, how wise you are! The best part is, if Tel Aviv and Haifa become smoking craters tomorrow, you not only won't admit you were wrong, you'll blame Dubya for the demise of the Jews and say that your wonderful Bubba would have been able to stop it.
