I am transitioning to NH myself

Well OK, Bill! But listen dude, Nampsha got enough Republicans. We need you here! We could use someone who is a native masshole speaker to reason with the new lefties and their incessant and insane demands for sidewalks, a new grammar school--complete with Affirmative Action Clymer Superintendent, twice-a-week garbage service, more cops, more firemen, Green Stuff, new roads, diversity, yadda, yadda, yadda. In Nampsha they already know how to keep taxes down through self-reliance and common-sense." Repeat daily: "We are citizens ... not consumers."

But you're doing the right thing, for the kids, Bill. Those Nampsha people are now tougher than us. That's what leads all too many massholes to continue on to Baldacciland, where left-wingnuts are welcomed with open arms. Portland is undergoing a transition into Provincetown Northeast as we speak. The minute you see joints selling a cuppa coffee for $3.95, you know it's over.

Here's an interesting link that reprints a Boston Globe article about Patrick.

BTW, anyone recall the backround behind Patrick's resignation from the DOJ?

...native masshole speaker...

I am a native of Utah and Idaho, I had to learn the damned lingo in order to survive.

Aside from that you can never have enough Republicans, throw in a few Libertarians for the humor factor, a perfect world and some non statists to argue with to keep it interesting.

I see no reason to move from one state, in my dotage, with an income tax, sales tax, and communist dominated government to a similar one. I notice on welfare day at the local Market Basket in Rochester, that the inhabitants of your version of the Massachusetts miracle carry lightly the chains of their oppression.

To put it simply, plentiful lobster is no reason to move from one slave state to another.

Indeed.

"[Patrick] must shoulder responsibility for his role in fending off serious complaints, including [Coca-Cola's] alleged failure to protect workers and labor organizers at a bottling company in Colombia from paramilitary groups."

Paramilitary groups? This is serious stuff. I wonder if the Globe will recall it now...

Could you refresh our memory?

DEVAL PATRICK

Used extortion to force banks to give preferential treatment to minorities. Congress is investigating the possibility of impeachment based on abuse of power.

Was found by the Supreme Court to have been abusing his position to subvert the election process in a manner that created more safe "black" seats.

Deval Patrick has resigned.

Friggin' ouch. The truth hurts. We've raised up a couple of generations by now that know no other way. Good luck in Nampsha, and if you should change your mind....

The last time I did a FReep in Maine, I had half of the Portland police pointing guns at me, a slight exaggeration. Another time I tried to organize a FReep when Portland's Dyke mayor Cut funds to the Sally Anns because they have some strong views on sodomites.

All I needed was for someone to get a $35 dollar parade permit, for tactical reasons it had to be a Mainiac, which I would have paid for. Everyone lost their balls or the female equivalent there of, Eastern Maine is Conservative intolerant, a shame, I met alot of fine Republicans from Maine.
