Nah. To be a sharecropper, one needs first to have crops to share, right? As far as their productivity regarding the crops is concerned, they are not sharecroppers but more properly agricultural pests, and should be treated to spraying.
I think Bill comes from a long line of sharecroppers. And Bill hit his head when he fell of the turnip truck. Now all he can focus on is oral sex.

The Democrats lost the House in 2000 and Democrats selected Pelosi over Harold Ford Jr (There is a God).
Pelosi selected Matusi to be DCCC head over William Jefferson. Jefferson said he wanted the job and Matsui said he did not.
Hillary Clinton waited to the last second, Mischief Night, to raise money for Carl McCall at her Whitehaven Manse. Not enough time to for the money to have an impact. The very next day she goes to Plattsburg to open a factory and says so many nice things about McCall's' opponent, Governor Pataki that Pataki asks from the podium, "You not going to get in trouble for saying that are you?" Finally, McAuliffe pulled McCalls money and sent it to the Florida race.
And Charlie Rangel can choke on calling Bush "Our Bull Connor". Bull Connor was a Democrat, a member of it's ruling body the Democrat National Committee and proudly died a Democrat. Whatever you thnk of his actions in the 60s, what he did to black people in 1948 was far worse. When the Democrats proposed a civil rights plank for their platform, Connor led a walkout of Mississippi and Alabama Democrats. That's a good 15 years or so earlier that the firehoses and the dogs and far more damaging because it kept people down that much longer.
Democrats abuse black people.
