In the New York Post, after Kerry called his filibuster in from the Swiss Alps, there was a quote from a Republican "operative" that said something like: "If John Kerry didn't exsist, Karl Rove would have invented him." John Kerry is a walking political disaster.

Kerry went on to say that GWB was working the fringes of the problem. Let's review: GWB wants 70,000 math and science teachers; Kerry wants after-school daycare. Who is working the fringes of the problem??? President Bush should have asked for some more j-school teachers so their graduates will hear nonsense like Kerry's and ask the eviscerating follow-up questions.
