"I say it is time for "Civil Disobedience". I mean, which action would help her daughter more; keeping silent and being able to see her, or speaking out on the truth?"

A little girl is being hostage so the govt. authorities can exercise leverage over her mother.

Civilized nations don't hold one family member hostage for leverage over another family member. Serious human rights violation any way you look at it, and defined as such by agreements to which the US is a party. Americans just don't do this..... do they?????? Or do they...

>> No movements or breathing

Especially note this condition -- the patient cannot be breathing on his own. Take note, because this condition is routinely ignored now. People are chopped up for spare parts while they are still breathing -- while there should still be hope for their recovery. It happened in my family within the past year to a young woman, only in her 40s, the victim of a fire (carbon monoxide). She was not dead.

Evidently the body snatching business is so profitable that hospitals have their own "chop shops" now -- surgical teams on standby duty who extract the useful parts, including the beating heart, from a warm body.

Thank you, although you misread my intentions. I do not joke about prayers, was serious. I do wish you well.

"You can detect a difference?"

Who, me? Nope, not anymore. Used to be the difference was the order in which they wanted to screw everything up. But that task has been completed now. :)

Life was so simple when I grew up. My wife, too, who grew up under the German occupation. We had moms and dads who were married and raised us as teams. It was true of most everyone around us. Yes, they may have fought a lot, but they stuck together to get us kids launched.

Now, hardly anyone we know is in such a simple structure. They must have formulas and definitions to determine who is in what role.

Poutre's mother ran home day care

On the same subject of life versus death, although not Haleigh, Scott, or Terri, we have this thread. Basically it is this.. RU 486 or RU against it? Thanks to The Sarce.

200 Catholic Doctors Resign Australian Medical Association over RU-486 Support (PRAYERS NEEDED!!)

Poor Hildy. It may be best for everyone to ignore her. Her comments make no sense and she supports euthanasia.

Which is what National Review said on another occasion, reporting the election of porn star Cicciolina (Ilona Staller) to the Italian equivalent of Congress -- "the only politician with nothing to hide."

That was a long time ago too, but Cicciolina is still plying her trade and has her own web site, which it took about two seconds to find with Google. Decidedly not appropriate for an FR link, but then, I'm not sure anyone is grown up enough to gaze upon the monuments of the U.S. Congress either.

From her first link: >> ...after she was determined to be "virtually brain dead" by medical experts...

"Virtually"! NOT brain dead, just close to it. They CLAIM.

I'd bet the rent that the body snatchers were already slavering for Haleigh's organs. A little girl whom nobody seemed to want... they could plausibly claim she was ready to be carved... hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of spare body parts!

I'll also bet the DSS ghouls would have privately gotten a cut of the profits.

I remember once that Mr. Schindler said that it was almost like Terri had acquired cerebral palsy. I think he said that around the time of the Oct. 2003 event. I thought it was an interesting comment at the time, and I had not seen the similarities until then.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I used to have a designation on my driver's license to be an organ donor. I had it removed when I got my license renewed a few weeks ago. I'm afraid that if something should happen to me before my husband or other family can get to me, that I'd already have the organs removed if I carried such a designation in my wallet. After learning more about the organ donation business, I think there are too many who are unethical about it. I'm sure it has become a profitable business.

Of course we'll never know now what the outcome would be, but Terri had fluid on her brain that was never removed and should have been. If her rehab money had been spent where the jury intended, the fluid would have been removed
and nurses and rehab would have continued. The rehab money was never used as intended and the courts are to blame for that.

The new house leader is PRO-LIFE. Maybe we can have the feds change the federal law on how and when people can be judicially or medically murdered by states.

I think DSS is trying to cover up their own negligence. It is very difficult to go head to head with that agency, but if some pressure is applied to the right people, who knows?

Thanks for posting the symptoms of bad stroke. There are others, and they are subtle, if the stroke is a minor one. A weakness in one or both arms, one or both hands curling up into themselves. That one is my favorite(not!). A person who has had one might notice difficulty in swallowing pills, or actually chokes when swallowing, when there was no problem before. There can also be slight drooling from the side of one's mouth.

Almost forgot, check out the fingernails. They may be blue colored towards the nail bed.

All this talk about strokes reminds me of my Grandma, who died from one when I was nine. She was 80. Her name was Veronica, coincidentally the name of the saint whose feast day is today, Feb. 4th. God bless all the Veronicas of the world!

The clinic where Coretta Scott King died in was shut down. It was in today's Tampa Tribune. She had a stroke and somebody sent her across the border down mexico way???

I have a question: Was Haleigh's biological mother's bf actually charged and convicted of child molestation? If so, who brought the charges in the first place? If the bf had been convicted and sentenced to jail, what would be the grounds for Ms. Averett to give the child up for adoption?

Finally, where is Haleigh's biological father?????

There is a huge financial incentive for social service agencies to place children in foster care, and ultimately adopt them out to other homes. The government actually pays them money to do so. They used the abuse excuse to obtain Haleigh. If she actually had not been sexually abused....WOULDN'T IT BE NOTED IN HER MEDICAL RECORDS????

Sorry about the caps, but this is the reason why homeschoolers have defense funds. Maybe this is why DSS is covering their asses??
