If it's truly verifiable, it is very exciting...

By bombarding a special mixture of acetone and benzene with oscillating sound waves, ...

If they put a match to the mixture it will give off a large amount of heat also.

I am not an expert in this topic, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.......

Basically you have a fluid of acetone and benzene and it sounds like in this case some uranium to make bubbles in the fluid. Sound waves then pop these bubbles which results in high pressures and temperatures localized in these tiny bubbles. Maybe thousands of degrees or more, but at a really tiny point in the fluid. This energy and pressure allows two hydrogen atoms to fuse together and make a helium plus a neutron. Something like that......

Thanks. That sounds a lot like what my date did to me after the senior prom.

Think of the poor computer scientist who invented the pointing device. I saw a video of his presentation.
"We call it a mouse- I don't know why- the name just stuck. But I'm sure the marketing folks will come up with something better."

Let's not let English become as rigid and ossified as German, where they string five or six good German words together rather than use a "new" word:

panzerkampfwagen- "armored war wagon" = tank
fliegerabwehrkanone- "air defense cannon" = AA gun
Schutzenpanzerwagen= "assault armored wagon" = APC
