...the right wing has been at war with the american people...

To not capitalize the name of our great nation, is a slap at her honor. I'm not surprised at this fool's failing.

Take a look and tell me if it passes for the incoherent rantings of a deranged DUmmy.

The "etc. etc." almost blows it. It introduces a brief glimpse of someone who is aware that there are various and sundry other issues not included in your current discourse, that in turn implies you're not a dumb as you let on. It also implies you might know big words like etcetera.

Otherwise it was perfect, and funny too.

I'm all in favor of his plan.

We freepers should all send contributions to help them select even more lefty candidates in their primaries - I'm sure any republican running against them would appreciate it!!

"Don't you just love the thought of Diane Finestein having to debate Cindy al-Sheehadi in a primary battle?"

When do the tickets go on sale?

We, the Progressives and liberals must define the issues.

This nicely illustrates how the blogosphere is toxic to the left. The marxists will always try to take over from the well meaning Dems, and the internet gives leverage to their venom.

But only 14.8% of the nation is liberal. Can't rule with numbers like that... unless you are a dictator.

I am still holding out hope that the ultralib moonbats decide to break ranks and support green party candidates from now on

"Delusional about being in the majority."

I think he means that far left nutjobs make up the majority of the Democrat party.
This is a good thing. It just drives them into more irrelevance.

It is fun to watch the leftists lash out and flail against EVERYTHING on their side, including Moveon.org, Harry Reid, Howard Dean, Hillary Clinton and blue state voters!

As I recall the article, the guy was involved with a specific poll. Polls can be manipulated to provide whatever outcome the pollster desires. Being who he is, there's no doubt in my mind that he was using numbers to bolster his own beliefs.

What he was writing was: 51% of those polled were Democrats. 29% of those polled were liberal/progressive Democrats. That leaves 22% of the Democrats as moderate/conservative. That's how he came up with the 58% figure: 29% of the total population makes 58% of the Democrats when 51% of the total population are Democrats (in round numbers, of course).

Still, I agree that his figures are high for liberal/progressives and that's where I believe he's fudging the numbers. I've heard elsewhere that 15-20% is a good range for percentages of liberal/socialists. That's somewhat under half of all Democrats.

Where' was the poll taken? How was the poll constructed? How were the questions developed? Who managed the results? This is all a big moonbat exercise and only serves to show how loony they are.

I think we should support the author's call.

Some nice, high profile senatorial primary battles between the fairly-far left and the loony left might just be what it takes to turn some of those blue states red, and at very least, it would waste demonRAT money, and give us some more sound-bites to use against them.

Why is it that all the Dims that I know are socialists? I think it is because they are the activists, thus making themselves heard.

Duly noted. I'll avoid such verbosity in my future trolling activity.

On the national level, yes. I know Dims locally (a rural town in Illinois) who aren't that liberal or vocal. On the other hand, those connected with our community college are 'out there'. One of 'those' we used to church with (before changing affiliation) gave money to the Dean campaign. Then, her husband wanted my wife and I to post a campaign sign for him (the husband) on our lawn when he ran for city office. We politely turned him down (as we did all other similar inquiries). He hasn't talked to us since.

Get the picture?

We've had that happen to us: libs who end relationship as soon as they find out we are conservative. How tolerant is that? I find it sad.

This same individual, along with another friend/church member, and I are Civil War 'nuts'. All, except for me are teachers and the 'other' friend taught history. He has also been involved in Civil War reenactments.

A year ago this friend gave a Civil War presentation at the church's men's breakfast. Afterward, the 'lib' began critiquing his presentation. I broke in when I heard him make a statement I thought inaccurate.

The 'lib' then turned on me (he hadn't said a word to me all morning because of the 'sign' thing) insisting I didn't know what I was talking about. I left it at that because I didn't want to make a scene in front of others.

About 2 weeks later I received a forwarded email from my friend who had given the presentation. It originated from the 'lib' and stated I was apparently right after all. He emailed our friend asking him to forward the email to me.

Get the picture II? Sheeesh! What idiots!!

I would say that we are now in a state of war.

Yeah, so? The Dims keep surrendering. What else is new?
