The simple fact of the matter is that a life is a life. No matter what ones circumstances are or will be, abortion is never okay. Exept the Culture of Death is made up of eugenicists who place no value whatsoever on life.

First step is for a state to ban all abortions for any reason after the first trimester, except imminent physical harm to the mother. This would be my preferred vehicle to start pushing back against Roe v. Wade by having the SCOTUS uphold the Constitutionality of this state law.
How 'bout it Georgia? Can we pass a law making it illegal to have an abortion after the first trimester?

South Dakota is preparing to pass a law banning all abortions, hopefully it will be ruled unconstitutional in lower courts and then reach the Supreme Court.

I have always said the whole ideology of abortion-ism is based on lies upon lies.

Why not take a look at Georgia's HB-93?

Although I don't agree with your "after the first trimester" reasoning(I don't think that it is okay to kill someone during the first trimester) that is not what caught my eye about your post.
I have been begging anyone to answer this question: Under what medical circumstances would the unborn baby need to be killed (torn apart really) in order for the mother to avoid "imminent physical harm"?You see, even if the baby would need to be born so early that it would likely die (say the mother has cancer and she is only 18 weeks pregnant) the baby doesn't have to be murdered before being born in order for the mother to live.....and I can't think of a single case in which this would be necessary. Can you?

I don't know if there is a situation in which the baby would have to be sacrificed to save the mother's life, unless it were an either/or case with limited medical care available. If it was believed that carrying the baby to term would somehow kill the mother, then a decision to perform a C-section and attempt to save the baby should be the result.

"In fact, when Sen. Rick Santorum presented the Senate with photos of the typical baby needlessly killed by partial-birth abortion, or in politically correct terms, a "late-term procedure," Sen. Hillary Clinton asked Santorum why the depicted baby didnt have cleft palate" So having a cleft palate is a death penalty offence according to Hillary Clinton. But I thought caring Democrats like her were against the death penalty? Oh silly me that's just if you are a murderer, if you are an unborn child she is all in favour of killing you if you have a cleft palate.
What an EVIL woman.

And yet the feminist minority and the mainstream press will go to any length to continue to justify abortion. These are some of my favorites: There are already too many children in foster care. We need to fix the"system" first.

The only "choice" in "pro-choice" is the choice of a Jaguar, Lexus or Porsche for the doctor that performs the abortions.

You are correct. Abortion is about money more than anything else. Sickening that people can get rich off the death and destruction of a helpless unbor child. Does anyone remember when a baby used to be considered a blessing?
To: wagglebee
Feminists believe that men should be held financially responsible for a jointly conceived child, but concurrently, and hypocritically, deny men the right to save their jointly conceived child from death by abortion.
