It doesn't read "for the slaves only" does it?

I'm saying that if he can get her knocked up, he can pay for it. This charade of coming into this country, getting pregnant and making the US taxpayer pay for it while an able bodied male sits around the house has got to stop. It takes two to tango, and I think that perhaps Daddy ought to be forced to pay his share.

Yes, the babies and kids must be fed and cared for......I understand that. I also understand that our immigration policy (if we even have one), welfare state and gravy train giveaway programs are out of control. I don't think that it can ever be fixed.

63% of the people and 0% of our government leaders. Interesting.

read former post. That's acknowledged almost everywhere.

Just like everything else, the 14th amendment has been interpetted (by the supreme court) to allow anything and everything...which is often really out there.

I'm leaving now, so I won't be responding to any new messages for some time...

You can say whatever you want. Its a free country. But if you don't like the law, work to change it.

Well test the interpretation in Court. Why hasn't it been tested just to exclude children of Mexican descent born of Mexican parents? Give it a try.

How would that help? Is there a national registry of US Citizens fingerprints? Are you fingerprinted?

There will be a national finger print registry of all citizens who wish to travel legally from and to this country.

Anyway...two questions for all.

Is a national registry of US Citizen finger prints with random mandatory finger print checks at places of employment the only surefire way to deport illegal aliens?

If so, what percentage of the US is favor of giving our government that much power?

Okay. What about those who don't leave the Country?

Read the rest of my post #127. Change the subject of the question I asked from "deporting illegal aliens" to "preventing illegal aliens from getting public assistance".

I sincerely doubt you would ever get the majority of US citizens to just summarily submit to the gov't and be fingerprinted.

So then a majority of the American people may support the deportation of illegals, but the real details of such a plan they would not support.

Get real... there's been a major uproar of phone calls being monitored between suspected terrorists and those outside the US.

"Is a national registry of US Citizen finger prints with random mandatory finger print checks at places of employment the only surefire way to deport illegal aliens?"

Consider; we have social security cards , that should be enough to suffice along with federal law in place that demands one be used if an employer and employee do business.

The employers and the IRS can cross check numbers, if one is in use already, and joe south amercia is applying for job hauling trash using the same ID as a public school teacher in Montana, it doesn’t take the technology and the empire of Bill Gates to determine something is wrong in river city.

The federal government knows now when social security cards are being double dipped, they even maintain lists, but refuse to do anything, since why should they if they can collect on both? Cleary there is a conflict of interest.

The other scenario is those employees and employers who do not use any social security cards, and are participating in black market labor, analogues to prostitution. Out cities are turning into red light districts, where illegal services and money is being transferred. However, if a citizen tried to hire other another citizen and didn’t pay social security, federal and state insurance fees, the employer and or employee would be hauled off to jail.

In summary social security cards and the IRS do a good job of monitoring legal business for US citizens, It doesn’t take a lot technology to realize that illegal services are being performed, but like prostitution thought all of history the illegal service black market industry never going to be stopped. Yet it can be controlled at least and it can be frowned upon , up to the community to enforce laws of decency, (moralistic values and anti-slavery), but as it is our hands are tied by the conflict of interest that our politicians have in dealing with the situation, by simply not enforcing a valid social security card be required for employment.

You keep making my point. Yet for some reason you keep responding as if I'm saying the opposite.

What's the problem?

Well, it would help if the laws already on the books would be adhered to. Doesn't that sound like a good place to start?

And thanks for giving me permission to speak by reminding me that it is a free country. I do believe in free speech, but not in the freedom to do whatever you want and expect others to pay for it.

You make my point again. (Hint: my point = your point)

BTW, you should do something about that "um" speech impediment.

Okay?
